In the past two weeks, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management have entered into financing transactions with Rayonier Advanced Materials and Pitney Bowes. Oaktree is a leading global alternative investment management firm with expertise in credit strategies.
In the Rayonier deal, funds managed by Oaktree entered into a transaction on July 20 to provide a $250 million secured term loan facility to a Luxembourg subsidiary of Rayonier. On July 31, funds managed by Oaktree purchased $275 million of senior secured notes from Pitney Bowes.
