• CIM Group in connection with multiple private financing transactions
• Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. in connection with various credit facilities, including $750 million of term and revolving facilities to support National Properties (which owns The Garden), $275 million revolving facility for the New York Knicks and a $250 million revolving facility for the New York Rangers
