Arnaud Berdou is European Counsel in the Firm’s Corporate General Practice and National Security Practice groups. He has extensive experience representing clients across industries in public and private M&A transactions, as well as in capital markets transactions. Arnaud also regularly advises on corporate governance, shareholder activism and FDI screening matters in France. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in M&A by Legal 500 EMEA since 2023.
Arnaud is fluent in French and English. He is a member of the Paris bar and teaches Business Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
