    Courtland Morrice is a partner in S&C’s Finance Group. Mr. Morrice advises corporate, sponsor, financial institution and private credit clients on a wide range of debt financing matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, private credit, capital markets debt offerings, liability management transactions structured finance and project finance.
