Kristen B. Klein is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. She has broad experience advising on a range of executive compensation matters, including in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as general compensation, disclosure and compliance and governance matters.
