In two deals expanding its range and roster of clients, Wasserman Media Group finalized a transaction to acquire talent management firm and television production company Brillstein Entertainment Partners and global sports and entertainment agency CSM Sport and Entertainment Holdings.
The Brillstein acquisition marks Wasserman Media’s first foray into the film and TV representation and production space. Brillstein’s clients include Brad Pitt, Florence Pugh and Adam Sandler and its television producing credits include The Sopranos, and Real Time with Bill Maher.
Wasserman acquired CSM from Chime Communications Limited. The transaction will give Wasserman access to CSM's roster of clients, including AIA Group, the Asian insurer that sponsors Tottenham Hotspur FC and the Alpine Formula One team. CSM is headquartered in London and focuses on sports marketing, talent representation, public relations and advertising.
