Toast, Inc. completed its $1 billion listing on the New York Stock Exchange, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
Toast is a cloud-based, end-to-end technology platform purpose-built for the restaurant community. The Toast platform provides a comprehensive suite of software as a service (SaaS) products, financial technology solutions, restaurant-grade hardware and a broad ecosystem of third-party partners.
S&C represented the underwriters in connection with the IPO. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint lead bookrunning managers.
