Priyanka Butani is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s general practice group. Priyanka has experience in advising companies and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and cross-border joint ventures. Priyanka represents clients across a range of industries, including financial services and private equity. She is qualified to practice in India and joined the firm in September 2021 after having worked in the corporate department of another preeminent firm in Mumbai, India.
