- BHP Brazil in Samarco Mineração’s successful reorganization, accomplished through a judicial proceeding in Brazil and Chapter 15 proceeding in the United States;
- Oaktree Capital Management in the Chapter 11 restructuring of SiO2 Medical Products, Inc. and its affiliates;
- Deerfield Management as the largest holder of second lien notes in the Chapter 11 cases of Mallinckrodt;
