    Jared Fishman is a partner in the Firm’s Financial Services and Capital Markets Groups. He advises clients across the banking, broker-dealer and trading platforms, asset and wealth management, and fintech and payments industries on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority and control investments, joint ventures and partnerships, and capital markets transactions. He also regularly counsels clients on the full scope of bank regulatory matters, including chartering and licensing initiatives, regulatory approvals in connection with transactions, and ongoing compliance and supervisory matters, as well as public company advice, including on shareholder activism, corporate governance, disclosure, and general corporate matters. He also serves as a co-head of the Firm’s Cybersecurity practice and a coordinator for the securities and technology M&A practices.
