S&C’s Paris M&A team was once again awarded the Trophée d’Or (Gold Trophy) for “Mergers & Acquisitions: Large Cap (> €500 million),” at the annual Trophées du Droit awards ceremony. The awards recognize France’s leading firms and lawyers for exemplary work, with winners chosen by a jury of general counsel and other legal and financial experts from leading French companies and financial institutions.
S&C’s Paris team was recognized for its market-leading M&A work over the past two years. The Trophy for M&A is a biennial award; S&C also won the Gold Trophy in 2022.
