KJ Lim is a senior associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group. His practice focuses on transactional work involving intellectual property and technology, including licenses, joint ventures, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and strategic advice. He represents clients in a wide range of contexts, including artificial intelligence, sports, consumer and retail, pharmaceuticals, financial services, patent pools and software.
In addition to his transactional practice, KJ maintains an active pro bono practice. He works as a volunteer attorney for Family Legal Care and has advised Complete Picture, a non-profit that creates personalized videos for defendants convicted of non-violent crimes, which, where appropriate, often results in reduced sentences.
