Budweiser APAC’s initial public offering
on the Hong Kong stock exchange was named “Equity Market Deal of the Year.” The $5.75 billion global offering was the fourth largest IPO globally of 2019, as well as Hong Kong's second highest-value IPO in 2019. Delivery Hero's $4 billion acquisition of Woowa Brothers was named both the “M&A Deal of the Year” and “Technology, Media & Telecommunications Deal of the Year.” Woowa Brothers is the operator of the largest online food delivery service in South Korea.
