S&C advised Anheuser-Busch InBev and Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited in its USD $5.75 billion global offering and listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This is the second-largest IPO of 2019 to date, as well as Hong Kong’s highest-value IPO to date this year.
