Labor and Employment
The U.S. Department of Labor has issued new guidelines on workplace issues that employers and employees face.
  • The DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued a new alert and guidance on preventing worker exposure to and preparing workplaces for COVID-19. The DOL’s Wage and Hour Division also issued new guidance on common issues that employers may face under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
