His experience includes advising clients on corporate or intellectual property and technology matters in a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, licenses and other strategic transactions. He has represented clients in a variety of industry sectors, including energy and industrials, consumer and retail, software and other technology and financial services.
