Mr. Ortmann has significant experience advising clients on antitrust investigations and conduct issues in Europe and in the US, as well as the EU’s platform regulation DMA, including counseling clients that may be found to hold a dominant position, defending targets of investigations and representing complainants in such investigations (including Circana, Dolby, Intel, K+S and Sisvel).
