Justin Gibbs is a European counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. He advises clients on all aspects of European competition law, including merger control investigations conducted by the European Commission and national competition authorities, as well as abuse of dominance and cartel investigations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Justin was a case handler at the European Commission’s DG Competition for six years where he worked on a significant number of merger and antitrust cases.
