Ekaterina Roze is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice Group. She has advised on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities by U.S. and non-U.S. companies across a broad range of industries, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, liability management transactions, at-the-market offerings, complex debt issuances and offerings in connection with M&A transactions, as well as on other financing transactions. Ekaterina regularly advises public and private clients on Exchange Act reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, cybersecurity and general corporate matters.
