S&C Wins for “Impact Cases” at Benchmark Litigation 2020 U.S. Awards

On February 27, S&C was honored at the Benchmark Litigation 2020 U.S. Awards in the “Impact Cases” category. The Firm was recognized for its work representing Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in settlements that resolved the vast majority of the company’s emissions-related civil litigation in the United States. In approving the settlements, U.S. District Judge Edward Chen praised the efficient resolution of this complex matter that involved many “complicated” parameters.
