S&C won Financial Regulation Team of the Year at the IFLR Americas Awards 2018. In addition, two S&C deals were honored. Bancolombia Basel III subordinated notes was recognized as Debt & Equity Linked Deal of the Year, and the World Bank’s “pandemic bonds” was recognized as Securitisation and Structured Finance Deal of the Year. The awards ceremony, which was held on May 17 at Essex House in New York City, “brought together the continent’s best legal talent to celebrate 2017’s most innovative cross-border Americas transactions, and the teams and firms that advised on them.” Robert Risoleo, Stephen Salley and Dennis Sullivan attended the ceremony on behalf of the Firm.
