S&C client ASGN acquired Intersys Consulting for $67 million in cash, plus grants of restricted stock to certain Intersys employees. The deal will see Intersys become part of ASGN’s Apex Systems division.
ASGN is one of the foremost providers of IT and professional services in the technology, creative, digital, engineering and life sciences fields across commercial and government sectors. ASGN expects to realize revenue synergies by leveraging Intersys’s capabilities in digital innovation and enterprise solutions to capture an increased portion of Apex’s growing pipeline of consulting opportunities.
Intersys combines cloud services expertise with data analytics and digital product development to modernize clients’ applications and analytics infrastructure. The company is based in Austin, Texas with regional offices in other U.S. cities and Guadalajara, Mexico.
The S&C team was led by Los Angeles-based partner
Patrick Brown and included tax partner Ron Creamer, special counsel Rebecca Coccaro and associates Rosemary Bradley, Kristin Deliso, Brandon Newman, Jonathan Rhein and Daniel Bleiberg.
