On October 22, David Gilberg participated in PLI’s Fundamentals of Swaps & Other Derivatives 2018, which was held in New York City. David spoke on a panel titled “Regulatory Fundamentals,” which covered regulated statuses, extraterritorial issues and service providers such as clearinghouses, swap dealers and futures commission merchants, among other topics.
