Dustin Guzior Named to Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40

Dustin Guzior was selected by the National LGBT Bar Association as one of the “Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 – Class of 2019.” With this award, the LGBT Bar honors outstanding LGBT legal professionals who have distinguished themselves in their field and demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBT equality. Dustin, a recently elected S&C partner, was selected to receive this award from a highly competitive field of over 100 nominees. Dustin and another S&C partner were recently honored by Benchmark Litigation for their work on Blackberry v. Qualcomm and Dustin was part of the S&C team that led the antitrust merger clearance matter on Bayer AG’s $66 billion acquisition of the Monsanto Company, work that led to S&C’s antitrust practice being named a Practice Group of the Year by Law360.
