Yael Tzipori is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Financial Services Group. Her practice involves the representation of financial institution clients in a range of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters, including investment management and private fund matters, bank regulatory matters, public and private mergers and acquisitions and registered and unregistered securities offerings. She also advises corporate clients on ongoing public company matters, including disclosure and corporate governance. Ms. Tzipori also regularly represents clients in pro bono matters, in particular on behalf of LGBT clients and advocacy groups. Ms. Tzipori is a co-chair of the Firm’s LGBTQ+ Network and a member of the Associate Experience Committee.
