S&C hosted a webinar on merger control developments in Europe. The webinar, held on April 8, was moderated by Gauthier Blanluet in the Firm’s Paris office and featured Juan Rodriguez from the London office, as well as associate Pierre Moullet. Topics of discussion included the strengthening of the role of the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority following Brexit and increased possibilities for intervention by the European Commission.
