Joe Neuhaus led the drafting of a New York City Bar report issued by the International Commercial Disputes Committee, Procedures for Asserting and Evaluating Privilege Claims in International Arbitration. Joe was chair and a principal co-drafter of the drafting subcommittee.
The report presents alternatives available in asserting and evaluating privilege claims and identifies best practices. It also covers considerations and approaches to choosing the law that governs the substance of the privilege claim.
