Melissa Sawyer, M&A partner and co-head of the Firm’s Corporate Governance & Activism practice, and S&C associate Jared Snyder co-authored an article in
Corporate Secretary titled “
How boards can approach human capital management.” The article makes the case that human capital management should be on the minds of corporate boards, and discusses recent developments in this area and examines how governance teams and directors can be prepared to tackle the challenges and opportunities that arise from human capital management initiatives, including those in diversity, inclusion, workplace culture, talent development, and succession planning.
