Zoeth Flegenheimer is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group and a member of the Firm’s Criminal Defense and Investigations Group and Securities and Commodities Investigations Group. His practice focuses on complex criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and internal investigations as well as class action litigation. He has represented companies in inquiries by the Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, various state attorneys general, and the United States Congress. Zoeth’s pro bono work includes representation of indigent defendants in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level as well as achieving a successful resolution for a client in New York State housing court.
