    Tyler Hill is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Tyler has broad experience within the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice areas, including work for private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations across various industries. Tyler joined the Firm’s London office in 2016.
