    Tyler Hill is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Tyler has broad experience within the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice areas, including work for private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations across various industries. Tyler joined the Firm’s London office in 2016.

    • CIM Group in the formation of and investment in Round Hill Capital Ventures, a residential real estate investment, development and management joint venture
    • FTX Group debtors in the sale of certain European assets and subsidiaries under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code
    • Global Knowledge Training in its sale to special purpose acquisition company, Churchill Capital Corp II, from Rhône Capital as part of a three way business combination creating a $1.5 billion company
    • Garrett Motion in its emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy pursuant to a plan of reorganization sponsored by Centerbridge Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, Honeywell International Inc. and certain other investors
    • Bayer AG in the sale of its animal health business to Elanco Animal Health Incorporated for aggregate consideration of $7.6 billion (approximately $5.3 billion in cash and $2.3 billion in Elanco shares) and in antitrust divestitures of certain of its crop science assets to BASF SE for €5.9 billion in connection with Bayer’s acquisition of Monsanto Company
    • Rhône Capital LLC in its acquisition of Fogo de Chão, Inc. in an all-cash merger valued at $560 million
    • Elis SA on certain U.S. law matters in connection with its approximately $2.76 billion acquisition of Berendsen plc

    • Goldman Sachs on its euro medium term note program, including numerous offerings and listings in various EU jurisdictions
