Silvia Brünjes is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Silvia’s practice focuses on project development and financing in emerging markets across various sectors, including mining and metals, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure. Silvia has experience in a range of complementary areas, including host government arrangements, joint venture agreements, offtake contracts, infrastructure access arrangements and construction contracts.
Silvia also has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and restructuring of debt arrangements.
In addition to her financing work, Silvia has advised numerous corporates and private equity funds on consortium/joint venture arrangements, often in the context of corporate acquisitions or divestitures in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Silvia is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee. Silvia is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and French.
