Silvia Brünjes is European Counsel in the Firm’s General Practice Group. Silvia’s practice largely focuses on multi-source project financing and development, advising sponsors and lenders in various industries, including oil and gas, mining and metals, power and infrastructure. Silvia also has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance and restructuring of debt arrangements.
In addition to her financing work, Silvia has advised numerous corporates and private equity funds on consortium and joint venture arrangements, often in the context of corporate acquisitions, divestitures or project development.
Silvia is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee. Silvia is also fluent in Portuguese and French.
