Samantha Briggs is an associate in Sullivan and Cromwell’s Litigation Group. Her practice spans a range of complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including consumer class actions, shareholder securities and derivative litigation, and employment disputes. Ms. Briggs also has experience advising clients on internal and government investigations, including by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
