Samantha Rosenthal is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group and a member of the Firm’s Criminal Defense & Investigations Group and Cybersecurity Practice. Her practice focuses on criminal and regulatory enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation, including matters related to anti-money laundering controls, market manipulation, sanctions compliance, cybersecurity, corporate restructuring, and digital assets. She has represented corporations, financial institutions, and individuals under investigation by the Department of Justice and in enforcement matters before the federal and state bank regulators, state attorneys general, and other regulatory organizations. Samantha also advises major corporations and financial institutions in cybersecurity planning and incident response and maintains an active pro bono practice.
