    Connor Schillerstrom is Special Counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s general practice group. He has extensive experience advising U.S. and non-U.S. corporations, investment banks and broker-dealers on a wide range of financing matters, including public and private capital markets offerings and liability management transactions.
