Martin Erreich is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. His practice spans a wide range of complex civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts, at the trial court and appellate levels, including consumer class actions, securities, breach-of-contract suits, and other corporate disputes. Mr. Erreich has also represented clients in investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Erreich’s pro bono work includes securing a settlement after discovery for an indigent plaintiff in a claim for civil rights violations.
