James Browne is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, appeals, regulatory enforcement matters, and white-collar criminal matters. Mr. Browne is also an active member of the Firm’s pro bono practice. Mr. Browne’s pro bono practice includes successfully appealing a domestic violence victim’s indeterminate life sentence under New York’s Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act.
