Gabrielle Pacia is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice, Financial Services, and Fintech/Digital Assets Groups. Her practice is focused on advising U.S. and non-U.S. public and private financial institutions on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and divestitures. In addition to transactional work, she also advises financial institutions on banking and digital asset regulatory matters, including those relating to investments, licensing, and charters. Her recent representations include banks, financial technology companies, exchanges and trading platforms, and asset managers.
