Liz Levin is a senior associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Her practice includes licensing, collaboration and services agreements, as well as technology-intensive mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and collaborations and IP litigation settlement agreements. Liz has experience advising clients across a range of industries, including technology and artificial intelligence, life sciences and healthcare, media and sports, consumer products and industrial businesses. She is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee.
