David is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice Group, focusing on finance and restructuring. David’s practice includes representing debtors and creditors in both chapter 11 proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings. David also advises clients on a wide-range of corporate and finance matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, debtor-in-possession financing, private credit, distressed financings and liability management transactions.
