Caroline Black is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group and a member of the Firm’s Antitrust Group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, government investigations and merger clearances. Caroline has represented global corporations in matters spanning jurisdictions and industries, including biopharmaceuticals and healthcare, tech, banking and financial services, telecommunications, automotive and industrial materials. Prior to joining the Firm’s Los Angeles office in January 2023, Caroline worked in the Firm’s New York office.
