Bella Schapiro is Tax Counsel in the Firm’s Tax Group and Co-Head of the Tax Policy Practice. She works with both domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactions and tax planning including mergers and acquisitions; joint venture, private equity and partnership transactions; and IRS audits. She regularly advises clients on tax policy and controversy and developments in the administrative, regulatory and legislative areas of tax administration.
