Aaron is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice Group, practicing primarily in the Financial Services and Commodities, Futures and Derivatives Groups. Aaron’s practice focuses on representing U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, swap dealers, exchanges, asset and investment managers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, FinTech firms and others on a variety of regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters. Aaron has represented clients before the major financial regulators, including the CFTC, SEC, the prudential banking regulators, FINRA, NFA and various exchanges. Aaron also advises clients on corporate governance and compensation matters. An active participant in the Firm’s Pro Bono practice, Aaron also serves as a member of the Futures & Derivatives Regulation Committee of the New York City Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Committee of the UJA-Federation of New York and the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services’ Jewish Connections Committee.
