Andy Dietderich has been selected for The Burton Foundation’s “Distinguished Legal Writing Award,” which recognizes the 20 best articles published in the past year by lawyers in the United States. Andy was honored for his article “The Zone of Safety: How To Be an Active and Confident Director During Financial Distress,” which was published in The Review of Banking & Financial Services.
This marks the twenty-first consecutive year that an S&C lawyer has won The Burton Award, excluding a two-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
