S&C’s representation of Danske Bank A/S has been shortlisted for “Most Important Development of the Year” by Global Investigations Review’s GIR Awards.
GIR recognized Samuel Seymour and Sharon Cohen Levin for representing Danske Bank as U.S. counsel in resolving investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission concerning past activity at its Estonian branch involving non-resident customers.
S&C has also been shortlisted by GIR for “Most Impressive Investigations Practice of the Year.”
The awards ceremony will be held in Washington, D.C. on November 16.
