Camille Orme, Co-Head of S&C’s industry-leading Bank Regulatory practice, has been named a “Financial Regulation Lawyer of the Year” by Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards. She previously received this award in 2016 and 2018. The awards recognize women and firms that “have impressive initiatives to promote diversity and women in the legal industry.”
Camille advises U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on a wide range of U.S. banking laws and regulations. She also advises banks on supervisory matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. For her achievements in the field of financial regulation, Camille was named a Law360 MVP for Compliance in 2022 and has been recognized by leading publications, including Chambers USA (Financial Services Regulation: Banking Compliance) and IFLR1000 (Financial Services Regulatory). Camille is a Co-Chair of the ABA Banking Law Committee Systemically Important Financial Institutions Subcommittee and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
