Inosi Nyatta, co-head of S&C’s global Project Development & Finance practice, has been named a “Project Finance Lawyer of the Year” by Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards. The awards recognize women and firms that “have impressive initiatives to promote diversity and women in the legal industry.”
In the past year, Inosi has advised clients in a variety of strategic transactions, including: Belize in a historic “Blue Bond” restructuring to support ocean conservation, Sempra Energy in multiple recent financings to support the development of clean energy infrastructure and Cheniere Energy in its novel $1.25 billion revolving credit agreement that incorporated novel ESG features.
