Keiji Hatano was named one of Asia Business Law Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers in Japan – an “A-List” of Japan's legal profession based on extensive research conducted by the publication. The nominations were made by professionals at a wide range of Japanese and global companies and law firms.
In the past year, Mr. Hatano represented Japan Post Holdings, Honda, and Nippon Steel in their significant securities offerings and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in its $8 billion sale of U.S. regional banking franchise to U.S. Bancorp.
