S&C’s Antitrust Practice Ranked “Global Elite” by Global Competition Review

S&C’s antitrust practice was ranked “Global Elite” for the first time in Global Competition Review’s 2020 GCR 100 rankings. We were also ranked “Highly Recommended” in New York and Washington, D.C., and “Recommended” in the United Kingdom and Brussels. GCR highlighted some of our significant antitrust work over the last year—including Fiserv’s $22 billion acquisition of First Data and SunTrust in its merger of equals with BB&T—and recognized our ongoing strength in deal work in the financial services sector.
