Abengoa’s global restructuring was honored as the European Tax Restructuring Deal of the Year at the International Tax Review’s European Tax Awards 2018. S&C advised the coordinating committee of bank creditors on the deal. The awards dinner was held on May 17 at the Savoy Hotel in London.
