Nader Mousavi, Co-head of the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group, spoke with The Recorder about the critical role law firms can play in helping businesses overcome the hurdles to adopting new AI technologies.
He noted that outside counsel can help clients’ legal departments establish good processes and governance that will enable their businesses to capture AI opportunities.
